CHF conducted a series of cleft surgeries across Kaduna, Gombe, and Borno States, giving hope to children and adults with cleft conditions. Partnering with hospitals and healthcare providers, we provided free life-changing surgeries and post-operative care to those in need.

CHF led a cleft advocacy campaign in Bauchi & Kano State, raising awareness on cleft conditions and the importance of early treatment. Through community outreach, media engagement, and partnerships with local stakeholders, we educated families and reduced stigma.

CHF provided urgent food relief in Dutse LGA, Jigawa State, supporting vulnerable families facing extreme hunger. Through partnerships, we distributed essential food supplies to children, the elderly, and those in need. This initiative offered immediate relief and promoted food security.
